Accounts and Office Administrator

Our King’s Lynn based client is currently looking for an experienced Accounts and Office Administrator. Our client is a well-established engineering company currently expanding. This is a full-time permanent role.

Main Duties:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Statements reconciliation
  • Raising Invoices
  • Payroll
  • Updating computer Systems
  • General Admin Duties
  • Answering Calls and Emails

Qualifications/Experience:

  • High Level of written and oral English
  • Good Level of Maths
  • Experience in Sage Line 50
  • Experience in Accounts and Payroll
  • Good time management skills with attention to detail
  • Must be confident with IT and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
