Office Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager for a well-established construction business in King’s Lynn. Construction experience is beneficial but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Answer general email and postal enquiries from customers and suppliers

• Booking contractors to specific jobs

• Greeting visitors

• Ordering office supplies and necessary equipment

• Updating and maintaining site files

• General Admin duties

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word

• The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
